Timberholm Inn
Hospitality
Full Rebrand
The Challenge
Timberholm Inn is a boutique inn in Vermont with the kind of in-person experience guests remember. But their brand and digital presence didn’t reflect that at all. The website felt dated, the messaging was generic, and modern travelers had no reason to choose Timberholm over the dozens of other Vermont inns competing for attention online. They didn’t need a facelift, they needed a complete rebrand and digital strategy that captured what actually makes staying there special.
The Approach
I led this project as Creative Director, starting with the question every hospitality brand needs to answer: what’s the feeling you’re selling? For Timberholm, it’s warmth, escape, and a distinctly Vermont sense of place. That became the foundation for everything, the new visual identity, the messaging strategy, and the tone of voice across all touchpoints.
I then designed and developed a custom website built around user experience and SEO, making it easy for travelers to find the inn, feel something when they land on the page, and book without friction. The final layer is an advertising strategy designed to drive bookings through targeted campaigns, paired with ongoing user testing to keep optimizing the experience.
The Impact
• 150% increase in bookings
• 180% return on marketing investment
• 15,000+ new monthly users through organic search and social media
Timberholm now has a brand and digital presence that matches the quality of the in-person experience, and a marketing foundation built to drive bookings for the long term.
