Overview
Timberholm Inn, a charming Vermont-based inn, sought a complete rebrand to better reflect its unique hospitality experience and connect with modern travelers. As the Creative Director, I led a team of professionals to craft a fresh visual identity and messaging strategy while developing a custom website that prioritized user experience and SEO.
Solution
We began this project with a full rebrand for Timberholm Inn, defining both their visual and messaging strategy to align with the inn’s warm and inviting atmosphere as well as their target audience. I spearheaded the design and development of a new custom website focused on enhancing user experience and boosting SEO performance. We are now developing advertising campaign strategies aimed at increasing bookings while continuing to monitor our new websites user testing phase to optimize the site’s performance and engagement, ensuring a seamless booking process for visitors.
Results
Although still early in the launch phase, we have already seen significant improvements in user engagement and booking optimization. With several new advertising campaigns in the pipeline, we are projecting a 300% return on investment by the end of Q4 2024, as Timberholm Inn continues to build its online presence and streamline its customer experience.
